As the world is responding to COVID-19 in order to contain and cure the virus, we have a social responsibility to ensure the health and safety of our team and you - our amazing customers. We are taking precautionary measures to ensure that you can continue to shop your tasty skwosh outfits, while safely social distancing, with no disruptions whatsoever. We appreciate your patience during this time and thank everyone for their loyal support.
Our entire team is working from home for the coming weeks but we’re still here to answer all your queries - hit us up on messenger, email or txt and we'll do our best to respond as quickly as possible.
Our Distribution Centre will be processing orders as normal while they continue to maintain a high standard of hygiene & safety by using face masks and gloves, sanitising equipment and implementing precautionary in-house protocols.
Please Note: Due to high demand, Australia Post is experiencing some delays including updates to delivery notifications. Rest assured, your order will still be dispatched on time and on its way to you as soon as possible.
International and domestic orders are also processed as normal however there are delays experienced with postal networks worldwide. There are also slight changes to how you receive your parcel such as removal of ‘signature on delivery’ service from some of our service providers to minimise the risk of spreading the virus. Some countries under mandated quarantine may also experience shipping delays.
Delivery 3-8 business days after dispatch
Your parcel can now be delivered without signature to minimise contact and spread of the virus. However, if you are required to pick up at your local post office, you will still need to present but the staff member will sign on your behalf.
DHL Express International 3-6 days depending on location
Standard International Post 10-35 business days depending on location (U.S up to 25-35 business days)
Please also note that orders will be processed as normal from our Distribution Centre but depending on the country quarantine policies of your country, there could be potential delays.
